METHOD OF SHIPPING AND ORDER EXECUTION
LaClassica uses an express courier service to deliver your orders.
Goods are normally delivered within 3 to 5 days from order acceptance and payment.
See “My Account” at any time to check the status of your order.
The goods can also be sent in a gift box with a supplement of €10 (including taxes).
LaClassica offers a free delivery
service for purchases exceeding the following values:

Eurozone € 250
Europe extra CEE € 250
USA & Canada € 350
Russia & ex USSR € 400
Mexico & South America € 400
Oceania & Asia € 400

The standard shipping price is the following:

Deliveries will not be sent to P.O. Box addresses
Shipments are made only on working days.
LaClassica will cover any import duties applied by local authority for delivery to Switzerland and EU countries, for delivery to non-EU countries taxes and import duties will be charged to the customer from local authority.
If the customer refuses to pay duty taxes, these and other shipping cost will be kept from LaClassica as a refund.

LACLASSICA RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with
your LaClassica purchases for any reason, please return the items within 14
days from the date of receipt to change them or to get a refund.
To be replaced or reimbursed, the goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging in accordance with LaClassica’s returns policy.

- Complete the form you find on the RETURNS page. Indicate the order, your email, the type and the reason of return. Confirm the acceptance of LaClassica's return policy, then click on "SEND”.
- You will receive an email with the outcome of your request.
- Once the return is approved, pack the item in a box. Check if there are any other dispositions in the authorization email you have received.
- Remove and attach to the shipment box the address below adding the RMA code received by email.
Only shipments with a valid returns authorisation number will be accepted.
LaClassica products are carefully designed and manufactured, with the guaranteed quality of Italian made goods.
Strict product tests performed by high-level cyclists over long distances and thousands of miles guarantee maximum comfort, durability and reliability to achieve excellent results.
However it’s possible that there are manufacturing defects. If you believe that your product has a defect, please contact us at the email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Items damaged due to excessive or prolonged use are not considered defective.
LaClassica offers a free repair service in case of failure due to production errors.
Repairs can take up to 3 weeks after receiving the returned item.
The items excluded from repair services are as follows: caps/hats, neck warmers, arm warmers, leg warmers, socks, over shoes, musettes and bidons.

Return shipping costs and any other insurance costs for damages or losses are charged to the customer. LaClassica will return the repaired item for free and will not be liable for any tax or customs duty which, if due, will be charged to the customer.
The repair will be confirmed by email.
Items stained, cut or damaged won’t be repairable.
LaClassica doesn’t respond for abrasions due to saddles with stitching or embroidery.
